Making Sourdough with Zoë
Zoë says she shouldn’t be teaching this course. We disagree. When we’re blessed with her presence on the farm, we’re also blessed with the smell, texture, and taste of her delicious loaves of sourdough, which she makes from a 150-year-old starter that originated in Alaska.
It doesn’t matter if a formula is perfect. Saipua TV is about sharing knowledge the way we would share it with a friend. We hope you enjoy her magnetic humor and wisdom as much as the beautiful bread you will learn to make.
Zoë has generously provided a handwritten outline to supplement this video course, which you can download as a PDF below to print or bring up on your screen for reference. We know sourdough is a contentious subject, let us know what you think of Zoë’s methods below, and please share any additional tips you might have for your fellow Saipua TV kin!
