The Pilot Episode: Firebuilding

In April we all got together at the farm, with so much excitement and confusion about what might become of Saipua TV. We were making things up as we went along, riffing off of each other’s ideas, and problem solving along the way.

We shot this episode to try out the format we were discussing, before thinking through the fact that building fires would would not be the best fit for a June 1st launch. So we decided to bank the footage, and now editing it is like discovering a time capsule.

We know you’ll enjoy Zoë and Baby’s endless magnetism and charm, and there’s even a surprise appearance by someone we weren’t sure would ever be on TV. We hope it keeps you warm.
