The Lost Modules
When things got difficult this summer and we had to cancel many of the activities on the farm, we began planning production of “Master Courses” that would exist outside of Saipua TV for people who wanted more in-depth and formal online programming. After shooting the first two modules of the first course, Sarah was exhausted and realized that this idea doesn’t feel aligned with her creative values or inspiration right now.
Not wanting to waste the footage we shot, we are providing these first two modules as part of Saipua TV. These are based on the first two sets of instructions she gives to floral design residents on the farm.
Compotes
Sarah describes this as “Saipua Method 101.” It’s the first day’s lesson at her floral residencies and the basis from which so many of her teachings stem.
Hand Tied Bouquets
If you, like Sarah, don’t have three hands, hand tying a bouquet can present unique challenges. Here Sarah shares some tips and tricks she’s picked up through her years’ experience. This is generally the second day’s lesson at her residencies.
